Project Management Committees (PMCs) from Kajiado North and Kajiado East participated in project identification exercises held at Matasia Social Hall and Esidai Conference Hall, Kitengela, respectively.
The sessions provided an overview of the Kenya Devolution Support Programme Phase II (KDSP II ) highlighting its objectives and key result areas. PMCs were guided on their roles and responsibilities in effective project management, including transparency, accountability, and community participation.
Participants also undertook project identification in line with KDSP II guidelines to ensure alignment with county priorities. In addition, emphasis was placed on Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) reporting to promote inclusivity and address community concerns.
