The County Government of Kajiado through Department of Public Service, Administration, Social Services, Inspectorate & Citizen Participation, in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy President’s Performance Management Unit, has officially launched the Performance Management Evaluation Exercise for the Financial Year 2024/25 under the Kenya Devolution Support Programme II (KDSP II), Key Result Area 2 (KRA 2).
The evaluation will take place from 25th to 29th August 2025 in Kajiado, with logistical and technical support provided by the County Human Resource team.
The exercise was officially opened by the CEC Member for Public Service, Judy Pere, accompanied by Chief Officer Wilson Taiyia and Director of Human Resources and Development, Winfred Taiko.
As part of the evaluation process, all county departments are required to prepare and submit a Performance Management Report, along with the supporting documentation:
Additionally, the Department of Public Service will submit all to CEC Members Performance Contracts signed by the Governor.
The exercise today Commenced with two Departments; Agriculture,Livestock,Fisheries and Veterinary headed by the CEC Member, Francis Sakuda and his Chief Officer Francis Metian; And the Department of Trade and the Kajiado Investment Authority which are under CEC Member Leah Marius and her Chief Officer Grace Saitoti.
This exercise reflects the County Government’s continued commitment to accountability, transparency, and enhanced service delivery, in line with national development goals and performance standards.
