New milestone in Public Service Performance Contracting.
We applaud the Public Service Department, under the leadership of the CEC Member Judy Neiyeiyo Pere and the Director of Human Resource and Development Winfred Taiko for successfully completing the vetting of performance contracts for the FY 2025/26. This achievement was made possible through the support of KDSP II.
All ten departments, along with the County Secretary and County Attorney’s office, actively participated in the exercise.
Their commitment ensured that each contract was accurately aligned with departmental goals and priorities, grounded in approved budget plans, work plans, and the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) targets.
