Capacity building training for better performance by the Government continued today with members of the Kajiado County Public Service board ,Pending bill committee under the Finance ,Budget,Economy,Audit and Procurement ( KDSP 2- KRA 1 )and the State Department of Devolution and Public Service Commission benefiting.
The training revolves around skills , Human Resources audit,Staff establishment and organizational structures ( KDSP – KRA 2 ).
The session was facilitated by Mrs Mary Nguli and Fred Nyamisi from the State Department of Devolution and was officially opened by the Acting County Secretary, Dr . Leina Mpoke, accompanied by County Director of Human Resources Management and Development, Ms Winfred Taiko.
